On Saturday, December 5 at Keeneland, handicappers will vie for one of the coveted final spots to compete in the national DRF/NTRA in January 2010.
The Keeneland Handicapping Challenge requires players to place a mythical $2 win wager and one $2 place wager on 15 races throughout the day. The person with the most money in her or her bankroll at the end of the day wins top prize of $15,000, plus the chance to compete at the 2010 national handicapping championship.
The cost is $150 per entry, with a maximum of three entries per person. The contest is limited to the first 500 entries .
