Take A Second Look at First-Class Horses

Through Keeneland’s Kee-Bid program, buyers have a second chance to bid on horses that did not reach their reserve in the auction ring.

Here how it works.

1.    Simply go to the results summary page for a current sale.

2.    If a horse does not attain its reserve price, it will be listed as an RNA on the summary page.

3.     If the consignor has enrolled the horse in the Kee-Bid program, you will find a link titled Submit a Bid.

4.    Click on that link and complete the short form, including your offer and your contact information.

5.     An email copy of the form will be sent to the consignor and to Keeneland officials.

6.    Then, it is up to the consignor and buyer to move the process forward via Keeneland’s sales channels.
