If you need any other assistance while you are at Keeneland, please feel free to contact our racing office.   Among the services and amenities our horsemen might find helpful include: Automatic Teller Machines are available for cash withdrawals. The machines are located on all levels of the grandstand.  MasterCard, VISA or Discover cardholders may use the track's 'Global Cash Access' Cash Advance System at the ground level Grandstand Mutuel Information window. Daily Racing Forms are available inside each entrance. First Aid is located on the ground floor of the grandstand next to the tunnel leading from the walking ring to the track. A doctor and a nurse are available from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every race day. Ext. 4438.  Lost and Found is located at the security office. Call 859-288-4296 or send an email to security@keeneland.com The Message Center is located in the general office adjacent to the walking ring. The pressbox and stewards stand is located on the 4th level of the grandstand (Elevator C). Replays of the previous day's races are shown online or on the monitors opposite the information window on the first floor of the grandstand after 11:00 a.m. Following the first race, each day's races are shown continuously. Scratches and Results are available online or by calling 859 288-4333. The Track Kitchen is located near barn 24. Hours are 5 a.m. until 7 p.m. seven days a week during the racing season. Travelers Checks may be cashed with proper identification at the Information Window on the ground level of the grandstand. No other checks are accepted at the race track. He can be reached by calling 859 254-3412, ext. 4149 or at chaplin@keeneland.com Chapel services are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. in the recreation room at the track kitchen; another service is held on Sundays at 10:20 a.m. in front of the Blue Cactus Cantina, located on the 2nd level of the Grandstand. The Keeneland Gift Shop:  Located on the ground floor adjacent to the paddock.  During the race meetings, Tuesdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. until 30 minutes after the last race; Closed Mondays. Off-season hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
