Bill Howard is a longtime horseman who moved to Lexington more than twenty years ago after graduating from a small college in North Carolina. In addition to being a hands on trainer, he also has written analysis for the Daily Racing Form. He often looks at how quickly a horse is returning after a layoff and horses that are on the rise and building in confidence.
