Following her successful stint as an assistant trainer and exercise rider for Hall of Fame trainer Carl Nafzger, Kim worked in a variety of capacities in the horse industry-from foaling mares to handicapping races for the Daily Racing Form. She likes to look for horses that some past form and that are coming off layoffs or have moved to a track where they have run well in the past.
