Our clocker determines the track condition on a slide scale of 1 to 5 where:
Track Condition 1 - Very fast, requiring little effort from the horse
Track Condition 2 - Average, requiring some effort from the horse
Track Condition 3 - Dull and tiring, requiring substantial effort
