Protects Keeneland property and insures the safety of patrons and employees.
Duties include: Patrols buildings and grounds of Keeneland to insure safety of patrons and security of property. Escorts money handlers/tellers and employees as needed.
Regulates vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain orderly flow. Assists with first aid and any emergencies, contacts 911 if needed.
Assists Keeneland visitors with information and directions. Helps Keeneland patrons with injuries, illness, or other emergencies.
Assists the Kentucky Horse Racing Authority with the expulsion of undesirables from the grounds.
Helps with the location of lost visitors during the live race meet. Examines all buildings to make sure they are secure. Provides security in barns/stables for fire safety.
